Once your bid request is complete, you will receive an email with the subject "Bid request received | HEXA" at your email address. Click the link to the next step in that email. If your default browser is not the browser where MetaMask or a similar wallet is installed (such as Google Chrome), be sure to open the link in (or paste it into) a browser that has the wallet plugin (Google Chrome for MetaMask).

Next, click the wallet verification button and sign to verify that you are the owner of the wallet. This completes wallet verification.

Once your bid request is complete, you will receive an email with the subject "Bid request received | HEXA" at your email address. Please note that you need to open the link to the next step in that email in the in-app browser of a wallet such as MetaMask, imToken or SafePal to proceed. Opening it in an ordinary mobile browser will not allow wallet verification.

Using the MetaMask app

Here are the steps for verifying your wallet in the MetaMask wallet browser. First, open the MetaMask app and check that the Ethereum main network is selected. Then tap the menu and select Browser. Paste the link to the next step from the bid request email there to open the wallet verification page.
