HEXA provides a service that lets anyone easily issue NFTs without a wallet, crypto or gas fees. HEXA has a built-in royalty feature: by setting a royalty percentage for secondary sales when issuing, whenever the NFT is resold on HEXA in Japanese yen, the issuer continues to receive the resale price × the royalty.

This means that even if an NFT was sold too cheaply at first, the creator can keep benefiting if it fetches a high price on the resale market. Resellers can also support the creator through their resales.
Because HEXA lets you issue NFTs without a wallet, royalties from secondary sales are also paid in Japanese yen. So there is no need to manage a wallet or handle complicated crypto accounting at all. NFT issuers who have not set royalties until now because of the hassle of handling ongoing payments and accounting are encouraged to consider it.
Please note that royalties on secondary sales apply only to resales within the platform where the NFT was issued. (This is true not only of HEXA but of all other services as well. When a royalty is listed, we recommend checking carefully under what conditions it is paid.)
