A feature for distributing your issued NFTs to multiple users free of charge has been added. Currently, it is available only for ERC1155-format NFTs, which let you issue multiple identical NFTs.
*Because ERC1155-format NFTs are multiple identical tokens, under current Japanese law they cannot be withdrawn to your own wallet, such as MetaMask (ERC721-format NFTs sold as single NFTs can be withdrawn).
Ways to use free NFT distribution
Free NFT distribution can be used for a wide range of promotional purposes, such as promotions that give away NFTs in social media campaigns, distributing NFTs at stamp rallies, and distributing NFTs via QR codes printed on product packaging.
Because NFTs can be obtained from a web browser without a crypto wallet, even people who know nothing about NFTs can receive them as digital assets. There's no need to install a dedicated app either.
HEXA also has a community feature that lets issuers keep sending updates to NFT holders and lets NFT holders communicate with each other. This means that by distributing NFTs for free, you can also build lasting relationships with the users who receive them.
In addition, the holding-check screen on smartphones shows the current time in real time, so staff at physical shops or live events can verify that someone holds the NFT. This makes it possible to offer things like discounts for NFT holders.

How to apply for an airdrop
Use the "Sell NFT" button at the top right of the HEXA page header to upload the asset you want to turn into an NFT, and check "Apply for free NFT distribution" to apply for an airdrop.
Once you have applied for an airdrop, it goes through the same review period as regular NFTs for sale, about 12 hours on weekdays and about 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
Paying the airdrop fee
When the review is complete, HEXA will send you an email like the one below. Pay the prescribed airdrop fee (you will confirm the amount when applying) via the link or from My Page → Issued NFTs on HEXA, and the airdrop NFTs will be issued. Issuance may take up to about 24 hours, so please wait until the status of the NFT in Owned NFTs changes from "Issuing" to "Deposited."
Gifting airdrop NFTs
NFTs issued for airdrops can be gifted in several ways using the Gift button on the Owned NFTs screen.
1) Gift by specifying an X account ID
2) Gift by specifying an email address
3) Gift with a gift code (first-come, first-served, one per account)
4) Gift with a QR code or receiving link (first-come, first-served, one per account)
