The purchase reservation period is the 24 hours from 2022/6/27 (Mon) 22:00 to 6/28 (Tue) 21:59. It is a random lottery with priority for Residents NFT holders, so reserving early does not increase your chances of winning.

Priority for Residents NFT holders
People who do not hold a Residents NFT can also make purchase reservations for the lottery sale, but Residents NFT holders have a higher chance of winning.
Holders of the 1st Residents NFT: chance of winning doubled for each NFT held
Holders of the 2nd Residents NFT: chance of winning multiplied by 1.5 for each NFT held
Holders of the 3rd Residents NFT: chance of winning multiplied by 1.2 for each NFT held
