The one-time 5 kg new-crop rice ticket is issued on a first-come, first-served basis, 100 in total. The ticket uses NFT technology, so it can be traded safely online. Making use of the NFT's ability to prove uniqueness, the ticket can be resold on the secondary market without fakes circulating. One person can buy more than one ticket, and purchased tickets can be resold at any time. Part of the resale price is paid to the issuer, so resales are a form of support too.
